The first paragraph of the 31st article of the “Regulation on Amendments to the Postgraduate Education and Training Regulation” published in the Official Newspaper dated 22 November 2019 and numbered 30956 and the “Postgraduate Education and Training Regulation” published in the Official Gazette dated 20 April 2016 and numbered 29690 has been amended.
In this context,
“Students enrolled in a master’s, doctorate or proficiency in art program can be accepted as special students* (Taking a Lesson Without Being Formal Student) with the approval of the head of the department of science/major art of the institute in which they are registered for graduate courses at other higher education institutions. Exemption procedures for the courses that students who are accepted to graduate courses take as special students* (Taking a Lesson Without Being Formal Student) and are successful in are carried out by the head of the department of science/major art of the institute in which they are registered. Special student* (Taking a Lesson Without Being Formal Student) admission conditions and other provisions in this regard are determined by the senates of higher education institutions.” in accordance with the provision,
Students who will apply to our institute’s graduate programs as “special students* (Taking a Lesson Without Being Formal Student)” must be registered in the master’s or doctoral programs of higher education institutions and submit their applications through the Institute Directorates where they are registered.
