The aim of lesson: It is aimed to understand the beam diagnosis techniques and devices, the placement of the devices, their maintenance, their number and types according to the systems, and the appropriateness of where and which measurements should be made along the beam path.
Course Content: Beam current measurement, beam position monitors, measurements of longitudinal distribution of electron beams using coherent radiation, transverse and longitudinal diffusivity measurements, determination of beam size by Streak camera, laser wire, laser interference methods, synchrotron radiation.
