Candidates who are eligible to enroll in our graduate programs are required to upload the following approved documents to the system for final registration, using the online document upload button that will be active on the application screen, between 29 July and 02 August 2024. (https://basvuru.ankara.edu.tr/)

*Candidates must upload the documents required for final registration to the system and submit them to our Institute in person or with a notarized power of attorney between 29 July and 2 August 2024.

**If there are any problems, deficiencies, errors, etc. in the documents of our candidates who have gained the right to final registration, they will be contacted and they will be corrected.

***If there is a discrepancy between the documents and information entered into the system by candidates who are eligible for final registration to graduate programs and the documents they will upload to the system for final registration, or if there are missing documents or incorrect declarations, their registration procedures will be CANCELED.

****Our students who are definitely registered must log in to (https://obs.ankara.edu.tr/) and register for courses between 16-22 September 2024, specified in the academic calendar.

Documents Required for Registration (For Turkish National Candidates)

1)Candidate Registration Form (The application document (pdf) received after the online registration process will be signed by you and uploaded.) (Candidates who have not received the application printout on time can click on the Institute Application in the Past Applications section at basvuru.ankara.edu.tr and get a report with the Application Form Printout with Security Keys button. Candidates who want to obtain the Security Key again can use the Send Security Key button.)
2)2 Biometric Photos  (4.5x6cm) (Taken within the last six months)
3)A copy of the Diploma or Graduation Certificate certified by a notary or the university where it was issued (Documents with e-government barcodes are valid.) (For those applying from abroad, a notarized translated copy of the graduation certificate/diploma) (Bachelor’s diploma or graduation certificate for candidates applying to a master’s program, master’s diploma or graduation certificate for candidates applying to a doctoral program)
4)The original of the Graduate Transcript or a copy approved by the university. (Documents with e-government barcodes are valid.) (Notarized translated copy of documents received from foreign countries)
5)ALES (Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Exam) Result Document (Documents obtained from the internationally recognized Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) exams can be considered valid instead of the ALES document.)
6)Certificate of YDS, YÖKDİL or Equivalent Foreign Language Exam Result (CLICK HERE to learn your score equivalent to the score obtained from an internationally valid foreign language exam accepted by ÖSYM.)
7)Certificate of Equivalence (Candidates from the Republic of Turkey who will apply for a master’s or doctorate degree after their education at a higher education institution abroad must submit their equivalence documents during the application.)
8)T.R. Sample of Identity Card or Identity Card with Identity Number
9)Certificate of Military Status (For male candidates) (Documents with e-government barcodes are valid.)
10)Document regarding those who are research assistants at universities or other universities.


Documents Required for Registration (For Foreign Candidates)

1)Candidate Registration Form (The application document (pdf) received after the online registration process will be signed by you and uploaded.) (Candidates who have not received the application printout on time can click on the Institute Application in the Past Applications section at basvuru.ankara.edu.tr and get a report with the Application Form Printout with Security Keys button. Candidates who want to obtain the Security Key again can use the Send Security Key button.)
2)For foreign nationals who have completed their undergraduate or graduate education in Turkey, the diploma or graduation certificate specified in paragraph (3) above for Turkish national candidates; Notarized translation of diplomas received from foreign countries and the original or certified copy of the equivalence/recognition certificate received from the Council of Higher Education.

3)The original of the Graduate Transcript or a copy approved by the university; notarized translation of documents received from foreign countries.
4)Original or computer printout of the result document of the Turkish proficiency exam held by TÖMER or Turkish Proficiency Certificate to be obtained from Yunus Emre Institute. (Except for those who have completed their undergraduate and/or graduate programs at a higher education institution in Turkey, foreign national quota applicants who apply to programs whose language of instruction is Turkish are required to submit a C1 level Turkish proficiency certificate obtained from Ankara University Turkish and Foreign Language Application and Research Center (TÖMER).)
5)YDS, YÖKDİL or Equivalent Foreign Language Exam Result Document (CLICK HERE to find out your score equivalent to the score obtained from an internationally valid foreign language exam accepted by ÖSYM.)
6)Notarized copies of student visas and passports and their translations.
7)The original or certified copy of the residence document obtained from the Provincial Directorate of Immigration Management.
8)2 Biometric Photos  (4.5x6cm) (Taken within the last six months)
9)Document showing that the tuition fee determined by the relevant legislation has been paid.
10)For scholarship candidates, the original or a certified copy of the document stating that they will study with a scholarship.
